Shipping & Returns
Sponsored full and partial packages include shipping to the teacher or youth leader. Payment is due when the materials are ready to ship. Alison coordinates the address by phone or email before the box goes out.

Shipping policy
Culture of Thank You ships printed manuals, activity books, and flashcards. Sponsored packages ship to the beneficiary teacher or youth leader in the United States. Alison confirms the shipping address before the Program Package is sent.
Shipping is included with full and partial sponsored packages. Individual products purchased for gifts and home use are packed after Stripe checkout. Catalog items that list shipping included say so on the product page.
Extra activity books for classes larger than 30 are sold in packs of 10 and can be added to a sponsored shipment when Alison coordinates the order.
Returns and exchanges
If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, email info@cultureofthankyou.com or call 971-265-8262. Alison will help replace missing pieces of a program package.
Printed, personalized, or opened classroom sets may not be returnable. Write before you send anything back so the right solution can be arranged.
